Rating and Moderation Policy

The operator of the InstanTENSE® web store is M-Ker Solutions Kft. (2900 Komárom, Vállalkozók útja 4. Tax number: 32802825-2-11, HU32802825, Tel.: +36 20 369 6212 , E-mail: info@mkersolutions.hu ) in the web store allows its customers to rate the purchased product(s), the service, and the web store, which are placed on the related pages of the web store after the rating is completed.

1. After purchasing in the InstanTENSE® web store, every customer has the opportunity to rate the purchased product(s), the purchase process, and the web store.

2. The InstanTENSE® webshop will send an e-mail requesting a purchase evaluation to the customer’s e-mail address 12 days after the successful completion of the online purchase and receipt of the product, in which it is possible to evaluate the received products and the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the e-mail. After 30 days, it is no longer possible to evaluate the product or purchase. It is also not possible to submit a product evaluation for products that have been exchanged or returned with a cancellation in the meantime.

3. You can give your rating by filling in the fields in the purchase review email as follows:, you can rate each purchased product numerically with 1-5 stars, you can give the review a title, or you can write a text product review for each product, and then send the finished review. To successfully submit the review, at least one product must be rated numerically! With a text review, you can rate the purchased product with a short text, but here you can also rate the purchase process, the services used, the customer service and the web store.

4. The submitted review will appear immediately after the review for the reviewed products, but administrators will review the content of the text reviews and occasionally moderate or deactivate them. In the case of moderation, the text review will be partially or completely modified or hidden, while in the case of deactivation, both the text review and the numerical, star review will be deactivated. In the case of numerical, star reviews, administrators will not moderate, and this review will appear regardless of the type of review. In the case of text reviews, administrators will moderate or deactivate the review in the following cases, examining the uploaded content:

the content violates the law or promotes illegal activity;
commits a crime or violation;
is against good morals or violates relevant ethical standards;
calls for or incites an act that is unlawful, related to unlawful conduct, or contrary to good morals;
violates the rights or legitimate interests of others, in particular if it infringes on trademark protection, if it causes or may cause infringement of intellectual property rights or other copyright and neighboring or personal rights;
contains misleading information;
contains economic or political advertising directed at third parties;
contains a link to a third-party website;
is seriously contrary to the economic interests of the Company;
the Company considers it contrary to the ethical and moral principles it represents;
or suspicions of the above may arise.

5. Submitted reviews can always be found next to the rated product, where by default the number of reviews and the arithmetic average of the reviews are displayed with numbers and star pictograms.

For more information, the user can click on the review block, where they can review all reviews in chronological order, the score of each review, the reviewer’s first name, customer status, what is described in the text review, and the date of the review.

1. After a successful review, the InstanTENSE® web store will send a 10% discount coupon to the reviewer by email as a thank you for the review, who can redeem it on the checkout page of the web store during their next purchase.

2. It is only possible to request the subsequent deletion of successfully submitted and published reviews by sending a written request via e-mail from the e-mail address used for the review. The web store administrators will decide to deactivate the review after examining the request.
